Ok, so I said that I would let everyone know the progress on the rat situation; well... yesterday we were moving furniture around and out the window we could see that one of the puppies were chewing on something. We thought maybe that it was a frog so we ran out to stop the puppy (because the frog would be poisonous, etc). To our surprise...it was a RAT!!!!! Now, I am sure that I want to keep that particular puppy...he is my hero! At this point, we are assuming that this is "the" rat that has been such an issue of irritation, but only time will tell. To add to the excitement of getting rid of the rat, we also caught 2 mice in the kitchen last night! I told the kids, yesterday was a great day!
